The SMB on-ramp
Mailchimp remains a reasonable first ESP for newsletters and simple promotions. Intuit Assist adds subject and content help for operators who do not have a design bench. The product is broadcast-first with automation layered on, which is fine for local businesses and early-stage lists.
When to look elsewhere
